IKON Intelligence is a trade name of Precision Ads LLC ("IKON Intelligence," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you fill out the form on this site, we collect the details you enter: your business name, your name, phone number, email address, your answers to the form questions (such as business type, how many clients you want, and whether you are the decision maker), and whether you checked the box agreeing to receive text messages. We also receive the ad campaign information included in the link you clicked (for example, which ad brought you here).
If you book a call, the scheduling form (provided by Calendly) collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email, phone number, and anything you choose to share about your business.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and send you the information you asked for.
- To schedule and hold the call you book, and to follow up about it.
- If you opted in, to send text messages about your inquiry and booked call, such as confirmations and reminders.
- To understand which of our ads are working.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging (SMS)
Text messages are sent only if you check the text-consent box on our form. Checking the box is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms for details.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Cookies and advertising
This site uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. It uses cookies and similar technologies to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform, for example whether a visit led to a booked call. Meta may use this information as described in its own Privacy Policy. You can control ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
Service providers
We use service providers to run this site and our communications, including Netlify (website hosting and form handling), Calendly (scheduling), Twilio (text message delivery), Google (email), Zoom (video calls), and Meta (advertising measurement). They process information only as needed to provide their services to us. The sharing restrictions in the Text messaging section above still apply.
How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide our services, and keep business records, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see below).
Your choices and California privacy rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing or calling us. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
